Overview

This project is in the context of the work I developed at Satis AI, a startup based in London, as a Computer Vision Scientist and AI Lead. The project used computer vision techniques, such as action recognition, tracking, pose detection, semantic segmentation, bayesian inference, and others, to detect anomalies during packing operation in standard Quick-Service Restaurants (QSRs). We had to deal with both cloud-based and edge computing.
